AnchOps holds your schedules, your team's hours, and — if you connect your POS — your sales and tip data. Here's exactly how that data is protected, in plain language.

Hosted on AWS

AnchOps runs entirely on Amazon Web Services in the US — the same infrastructure your bank and your POS run on — with managed databases and automated backups.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Every connection to AnchOps uses TLS, and data is encrypted at rest in AWS-managed storage. Your schedule and team data are never sold or shared with advertisers — that's in the privacy policy, not just this page.

Sign-in handled by Clerk

Authentication is powered by Clerk, a dedicated, SOC 2 Type II-certified identity provider. AnchOps never stores your password.

Role-based access

Owners, managers, and employees each see only what their role allows. An employee sees their own schedule and tips; they can't see anyone else's pay.

Read-only POS access

If you connect Toast POS, AnchOps reads only what the features need — employees, time entries, orders — and never touches card numbers. Payment processing stays with Toast; AnchOps subscription billing is handled by Stripe.

Your data, your call

Pull payroll, timecard, and tip exports anytime, and delete your account whenever you want — the delete-account page walks you through it, and deletion is confirmed back to you when it's done.

The honest part

AnchOps is an early-stage company and doesn't yet hold its own SOC 2 certification. The providers underneath it — AWS, Stripe, Clerk, and Toast — do. If your organization needs specifics before connecting a POS, ask us directly and you'll get a straight answer from the person who built it.
