The no-show data, week by week

Every attendance claim on this site traces back to one place: the restaurant AnchOps was built in. This page is the raw weekly data — one immutable record per finalized scheduled shift, measured from punch data. Employees started seeing their own Show-Up Scores in the app the week of July 20, 2026. Here's what happened.

How this is measured

  • One location, real punches. All data is from Pizza Harbour, the founder's restaurant. Every scheduled shift becomes one immutable outcome record — worked, no-show, or covered — matched against actual clock-in data.
  • On-time means clocking in within 5 minutes of shift start, the same grace window the Show-Up Score itself uses, measured over worked shifts with a matched punch.
  • Call-offs aren't hidden in these numbers. When someone releases a shift ahead of time, AnchOps finds cover and the shift shows up here as worked — by whoever actually worked it. No-shows are only true no-punch absences.
  • The gaps are real.A few spring weeks (mid-February, mid-April, May) are missing from the facts table because schedule history wasn't synced then. We show the gap rather than smooth over it, and the charts stick to the continuous run from June onward.
  • Headline windows differ. The “84% fewer no-shows” figure elsewhere on this site compares the six weeks either side of rollout; this page shows the longer 8-vs-9-week comparison (81%). Against all tracked pre-rollout history the drop is 91%. Every version is computed from the table above.
  • Data captured September 19, 2026. One restaurant is one restaurant — your numbers will be your own. That's rather the point: you'll see them.
